The Event Configuration settings allow you to customize features of each event in the Application or Case Type.
There are three different areas in which events (and their respective configuration settings) can be found: in Application Components under both App Events and Global Events, as well in Case Type Settings.
In Applications Settings, on the left panel, there are sections for App Events and Global Events. Clicking the specific events under these headings opens the Event Configuration settings for that event.
In Case Type Settings, on the left panel, there is a header for Event Handlers. Clicking on any of the specific events under the header opens the event configuration settings for that event.
