To open the Report Designer, where you can create a new custom eCASE report for your application, navigate to the Design Reports screen (Settings > Applications > App Designer > Reports), then click +New:
The Report Designer opens in a new window, as shown below. You can now create your custom report using the Report Designer tools. See the Manage Application Reports section for more steps and details.
