The subsections below provide instructions for accessing the eCASE platform.

Log In to eCASE

The eCASE platform is accessed via web browser. To log in to eCASE:

  1. Open your preferred Web Browser.

  2. Navigate to your eCASE URL (contact your eCASE administrator if you don't have the URL).

  3. The Sign In screen appears. Enter your Username and Password into the respective fields, and click Sign In:

NOTE: The Login screen may not display if the eCASE platform is configured to utilize SSO. You must have an application associated with your profile before you can access the home page. Contact your administrator if you are unable to access eCASE.

  1. After logging in, the Home Screen appears. A sample Home Screen is shown below

Sign Out of eCASE

You can sign out of eCASE at any time. To sign out:

  1. Click your User Profile located at the top-right corner of the screen:

  1. Click the Sign Out option.

  1. After clicking Sign Out, a verification message appears. Click OK to sign out, or Cancel to return to eCASE.
