To use the UI designer, you must log in to eCASE Administration (with an Application Administrator role).
To create a new form, navigate to Settings > Applications > App Designer > Case Type Configuration. On the left case type components panel, click the menu icon next to the Forms header to show a dropdown list of options. From the list, click New. The eCASE UI Designer opens in new a browser tab/window and create a new form template for editing.
To edit an existing form, navigate to Case Type Configuration, and click the name of an existing form to go to the Form Type Settings. Click Edit in UI Designer. The UI Designer opens directly, no welcome page is shown, and you cannot change the Form Type.
