Add Edit a SubTask

Follow the steps below to add a SubTask under an existing Task.

  1. Navigate to SubTasks configuration (TimeXpress > Administration > SubTasks).

  2. Select the Application Type Code containing the Task where you’d like to create a new SubTask.

  3. Select the Task Code for the Task you’d like to view or edit.

  4. Click the Add New SubTask tab. The tab appears as shown below:

  1. Input the task details in the fields provided. Note that the SubTask Code and SubTask Name fields are required.

  2. When you are ready to save the SubTask, click Add.

  3. The SubTasks screen refreshes, with the task added to the SubTasks List. To edit the SubTask, select it from the list. The Edit SubTask tab displays the SubTask details as shown below:

  1. Some fields cannot be edited here. If you made any changes to the editable fields, click Save to save the changes.

  2. You can delete the task by clicking Delete from the Edit SubTask tab.

  3. There are also options to view the Monthly Budget Plan, Adjustment of Disbursed Amount, the Beginning Balance, and the option to Clone Charge Codes.
