Users with permissions on the AI module can be added as AI Trainers. These users then have the ability to help train the AI system.
NOTE: Users must first be licensed for AI, and must also be added to the AI Users group. Only users in the AI Users group can be added as AI Trainers.
To access the AI Trainers interface, navigate to Administration > Document Management > AI Trainers. The AI Trainers page appears as shown below:
All system users in the AI Users group are listed in the AI Users column. Use the Arrows to move selected users to the AI Trainers field. Use the single arrow to move the selected user(s) or the double arrow to move all users.
When all AI Trainers have been added to the AI Trainers column, click Save to save the changes. The selected users are now set as AI Trainers in the system.
