Applications are accessed and managed at a high level from the Applications configuration, which includes a list of all of your eCASE applications.

To view all applications, navigate to Settings > Application Management > Applications:

This page contains links to create New applications, Import applications, and most importantly to access the App Designer tools. Click the Hotfixes link to see the list of hotfixes applied for your application.

Select an application from the list and click App Designer to open that application in the App Designer, where most applications features and functions are managed.
