Associate Action Office

The Associate Action Office configuration allows you to configure which offices will use the selected workflow template for processing the case folders. Each office can have its own workflow template for the same case type, if required.

The Available Offices field lists all Action Offices available in the application and not associated to the workflow. Move items from the Available Offices to the Selected Offices field using the arrows. Click Save to add offices in the Selected Offices field to the workflow.
