Product Enhancements

1.1  Performance Optimization

#ID 1516093, 1516096

Performance has been improved across two high-traffic areas of ATIPXpress, reducing page load times and providing a smoother experience during everyday request work and initial sign-in. This update covers the following areas:

  • Add/Search/View Documents – Document addition, search, and view operations on the Add/Search/View Documents page in the Edit Request workflow now load and respond more quickly when working with request documents.

  • Login and Home Page – The login flow and home page have been optimized to load faster, reducing wait times when users sign in and reach the home page for the first time in a session.

1.2  Background Job for Custom Request Reports

#ID 1516097

Custom request report generation has been moved from an in-session process to a background job. With this update, you can submit a report request and continue working while the system processes it in the background.

Reports are generated asynchronously through a dedicated job rather than within the user session. When initiating a report, you can now select the desired output format (for example, Word or Excel). You can also choose to run the report immediately or schedule it for a later date and time. Additionally, you can track each report in the Job Polling/Monitoring window with statuses such as Queued, In Progress, Completed, and Failed.

Bug Fixes

We’ve addressed the following bugs in this version of ATIPXpress:

ID

Description

1514560

Resolved an issue that prevented documents larger than 10 MB from loading correctly on the Vaughn Annotation page.

1435775

Fixed an error that occurred when adding documents from the Add/Search/View Documents page. Selecting multiple files for upload no longer triggers a null-reference error, and all files in the selection are processed correctly.
