Bug Fixes

We’ve addressed the following bugs in this version of ATIPXpress:

ID

Description

1529946

Enhanced the Statistical Report so that Section 2.3 (Informal Requests) now includes all release formats — paper, datasets, e-records, audio minutes, video minutes, and other formats — when reporting the number of pages released. Section 2.3 now reflects the full reviewed and released totals for informally treated requests.

1516679

Improved the accuracy of the Number of Pages Reviewed count on the Close Request screen. Reviewed-page counts are now de-duplicated, so the Close Request screen and the related statistical report sections display the correct page totals consistently, both before and after a document is delivered.

1512922

Aligned the ATIPXpress API with the ATIPOnline integration so that the two are fully version-compatible. The integration now operates correctly against the current ATIPXpress API, allowing agencies to deploy and use the ATIPOnline solution seamlessly.

1454218

Added new columns to Custom Reports → Requests so that release-format counts, request complexities, and closing notes can be reported on without opening each request individually. The Select Fields panel now offers fields for each release format (Paper pages released/reviewed, with separate user-entered and system-generated values; Audio and Video minutes; Dataset and E-record pages; and Other Format counts), the request complexity indicators (Consultation Required, Legal Advice Sought, and Other, shown as Yes/No), and the free-text Closing Notes recorded at closure. These fields can be added as report columns, saved as part of a saved report criteria, and reloaded correctly. This capability is available in ATIPXpress only.

1546294

Improved page-count accuracy in the Request Report. The # Pages Released and # Pages Reviewed fields now correctly display 0 when a request is closed with the Paper checkbox unchecked.
