Fixed an issue where exporting raw data from Statistical Reports and Provincial Statistical Reports ran extremely slowly or timed out on large data volumes. The database timeout on the Statistical Report raw data export has been lifted, so the RAW Export now completes and the Excel file downloads successfully.

Resolved an issue where users received an “Unauthorized: Access is denied due to insufficient Privilege” message when updating a request status, even though their role granted the required permission. The page-level access checks added by the earlier access-control hardening were applied more broadly than intended. Access is now evaluated against each user’s assigned permissions, so the previously restricted pages are reachable and permitted actions complete without an authorization error.

Addressed an issue where request operations such as Assign and Create timed out while a Statistical Report raw data export was running. The report queries were holding table locks that blocked concurrent activity; those queries no longer lock the underlying tables, so other users can continue working while the report is generated.

Fixed an issue where Deliver Documents failed with an error when a request contained a very large number of sections, for example a folder holding 300 or more. The permitted query string and URL length limits have been increased, so document delivery now completes for requests of this size.
