The Attachment Sources configuration allows you to select the sources from which attachments can be added into case folders:

Check or uncheck the options to enable or disable the attachment type:

Scan | Attachments can be added from an integrated scanner Works in Internet Explorer only |
Letter Template | Attachments can be added from the Letter Templates available in the eCASE platform. See the section on Letter Templates for more information. |
eCASE Folders | Attachments can be added from other eCASE folders |
Default Attachments | Attachments can be added from a default library of attachments |
Barcode Page | A barcode page will be generated which can be used by the ScanXpress tool to bulk scan files into the case folder |
