The system is capable of tracking every action taken by any system user which is later used to create a report. Select the functional areas you wish to track and report on.
Navigate to Settings > Audit > Audit Configuration, here you will be able to select/deselect the audit information that is tracked. You will also be able to select every function by checking the All Object box to the right of the “Track Audit Information for:” label. Click Save to save any changes to the audit configuration.
