Case Type Components

The Case Type features page has a unique left-hand Case Type Components panel. On this panel, you can create new case forms, new workflows, new events, and new contact types. Additionally, you can navigate to the Event Configuration settings for existing events, or navigate to the Contact Type Configuration settings for existing contact types.

The Case Type Components panel is static, and is visible from any setting page in Case Type Configuration, as well as within Workflow Configuration, Event Configuration for case type event handlers, and Contact Type Configuration.

An example Case Type Components panel is shown below, with selections for Forms, Workflow, Event Handlers and Contact Types. Each is covered in the following subsections.
