The Contact Links tab allows you to link contacts within eCASE. This feature is useful for linking contacts that aren’t directly available within the case. You can access the tab by executing a search for the contact, selecting the contact, and clicking Edit from within the Actions drop down list. The Edit Contact page appears, click the Contact Links tab. A sample view of the Contact Links tab is shown below:

Link Contact

To link a contact to a new contact in the application:

  1. Click Link Contact

  1. The Link Contact pop up window appears, containing a list of other contacts within the application. Select a contact to link

  2. Click Select. The contact is now linked to the case folder

NOTE: Users can View, Edit and Delete a linked contact within this window.
