The Attachment Types configuration allows you to configure types into which attachments will be organized within the case folder.
The Attachment Types configuration includes the following columns listing attachment types:
Attachment Type: The name of the Attachment Type that is associated with the contact type
Description: The description of the Attachment Type
The actions available on this screen are described in the following table:

Link | Associate an attachment type with the case type. The list of attachment types available can be configured |
