The Contract Work Force report is....

Follow the steps below to run the Contract Work Force Report:

  1. Navigate to TimeXpress Administration (TimeXpress > Administration).

  2. Select Contract Work Force Report from the left-navigation panel. The Contract Work Force Report screen appears as shown below:

  1. Select options to configure the report. These are described in the following table:

Option

Description

Contracts

Select Contracts to include in the report by moving them into the Selected Tasks field.

Tasks

Select Tasks to include in the report by moving them into the Selected Tasks field.

SubTasks

Select SubTasks to include in the report by moving them into the Selected Subtasks field.

Include Expenditure Data

Select this checkbox to include expenditure data in the report output.

  1. When all options are configured, click Generate Report to view the report output.

  2. On the Contract Work Force Report screen, click Print Report to print the report output, or Export to download it in one of the available file formats.
