Creating a Review Template makes the process of saving a review available to all the pages in a folder.
Steps to Create a Review Template
Click Document Management > Search Folders.
Enter search criteria as necessary to locate the Folder you'd like to open and click Search.
From the search results, select the checkbox next to the Folder you'd like to open, and click Open Folders. The Document Management screen displays as shown below.

In the Documents pane, expand the folder containing documents for which you want to redact, and then click the page you want to redact. If the "Do you want to load an existing review layer?" message appears, click Yes, click a review layer, and then click Load.

Make any redactions on the page as needed, and then click the Save Review Layer icon on the Document Management toolbar.
In the Documents pane, right-click the name of the page, and then click Save Review As Template, as shown below:

After clicking Save Review as Template, the Review Templates window appears as shown below:

Fill in the fields on this page as needed. These are described in the table below:
Field | Description |

Template Name | Name given to the template for easy identification within the system |
Notes | Any additional notes on the template for future reference |
Availability | The availability of the saved template. Select Public For All Users to make the template available to all other users in your organization, Private for Me to keep it visible only to you, Public for My Action Office to make it available to other users in your Action Office, or Public for My Group to make it available to other users in your user Group. |
When the fields have been filled in, click Save to save the template. The saved template will be added to the list above the New Template tab after clicking Save.
