Document Review Actions Report

Document Review Actions consist of all actions performed on a Folder/Section/Page while reviewing the Documents for release. Once the review actions are performed and the review layer is saved, the list of all saved review actions can be obtained by printing or exporting the Document Review Actions Report.

Print Document Review Actions Report

You can print the Document Review Actions Report to a local or network printer to obtain a print copy of the report.

Follow the steps below to print the Document Review Actions Report:

  1. Click Document Management > Search Folders.

  2. Enter search criteria as necessary to locate the Folder containing the review layer you want to print a Document Review Actions Report for.

  3. Click Search.

  4. From the search results, select the checkbox next to the Folder containing the review layer you want to print a Document Review Actions Report for.

  5. Click Open Folders. The Document Management screen displays as shown below.

  6. Select the Folder containing the Review Layer you want to view Review Actions for.

  7. On the toolbar at the top of the screen, click the icon, as shown below.

  8. The Review Layers window displays as shown below. Select the Review Layer for which you want to print a Document Review Actions Report.

  9. Click Review Actions. The Document Review Actions Report displays, detailing the review actions for the selected review layer:

  10. Click Print.

Export the Document Review Actions Report

You can export the Document Review Actions Report after it has been generated:

  1. Click Document Management > Search Folders. The following screen displays:

  2. Enter search criteria as necessary to locate the Folder containing the review layer you want to export a Document Review Actions Report for.

  3. Click Search.

  4. From the search results, select the checkbox next to the Folder containing the review layer you want to export a Document Review Actions Report for.

  5. Click Open Folders. The Document Management screen displays as shown below.

  6. Select the Folder containing the Review Layer you want to view Review Actions for.

  7. On the toolbar at the top of the screen, click the icon, as shown below.

  8. The Review Layers window displays as shown below. Select the Review Layer for which you want to export a Document Review Actions Report for.

  9. Click Review Actions. The Document Review Actions Report displays as shown below, detailing the review actions for the selected review layer.

  10. Click Export. The Export window displays as shown below.

  11. Under Export Options, select the format you want to use to export.

  12. Click Export. The Download window displays as shown below.

  13. Click Open to open the report or click Save to save it.

NOTE: Click the icon next to the Save option to display additional options to Save, Save as, and Save and open.
