Product Enhancements
1.1 Fewer Clicks to Bookmark

We have introduced a new group called Add-Ons that allows you to generate a shareable link to the entire document. The Copy Doc Link under Add-Ons can be seamlessly embedded into other documents, enabling recipients to access the original content directly through a clickable hyperlink. This update streamlines document referencing and improves cross-document navigation.
1.2 Add Group Code on the Procedure Report
We have enhanced the Procedure Report to improve clarity and usability.

The Procedure Step field now includes the Group Code alongside the procedure name, allowing users to easily identify the associated group for each procedure. This update eliminates confusion caused by missing group code information and ensures better traceability within procedure reports.
1.3 Additional Fields Defined in Terminology for Agency and Individual Employee Indexes
We have added terminology support for the following fields under Agency Employee and Individual Indexes — File As, Driver License Number, and Alias. This enhancement allows customers to repurpose these fields for alternate uses as needed.
The updated terminology options will now appear across Agency Employee Index Creation, Individual Index Creation, Agency Employee Search, Individual Search, and within the Index Fields Configuration sections for both Agency Employee and Individual fields, providing full flexibility in field labeling and customization.
1.4 Enhanced Layout for Individual and Agency Employee Indexes
We have updated the Individual Index and Agency Employee Index layouts for improved usability and flexibility. All sections, except Home/Work Address, have been converted from a two-column layout to a single-column layout for better readability. Additionally, three new fields have been introduced — Prefix Slt, Suffix Slt, and Place of Birth.
The Prefix Slt and Suffix Slt fields allow users to manually enter values instead of selecting from a dropdown, supporting LDAP imports as single-line text fields. The Place of Birth field, previously available only for Agency Employees, is now added to the Individual Index as well. These new fields have been included under the Index Field Configuration tab, where they remain hidden by default and can be enabled as needed. Terminology support has also been added to allow customization of these field labels.
1.5 Addition of Audit Director field to the Audit Project

We have enhanced the Project tab within the Audit Case by adding a new user field called Audit Director, featuring a lookup search functionality. Terminology support has been added, allowing customers to rename the field as needed. Additionally, a show/hide configuration flag has been introduced, set to ‘N’ by default, meaning the field will not appear in the UI unless enabled manually. Customers can enable or rename this field from the Audit Configuration folder and Terminology tab to suit their requirements.
1.6 Split Case Creator As Configuration to Case Types
We have enhanced the Case Creator As configuration to provide greater flexibility across different case types. Previously, a single creator configuration applied to all case types.

With this update, two new configuration options have been introduced — one for the Project Template and another for the Fiscal Year. Each case type will now reference its respective configuration during creation, allowing organizations to assign different creator roles for Projects and Fiscal Year Plans as per their audit process requirements.
1.7 Performance Improvements to Audit
We have optimized concurrency handling in the Audit module to improve performance.
Instead of locking the entire object, the system now locks based on the unique identifier (Row ID or Folder Number), allowing parallel processing and significantly reducing operation time during high-load scenarios.
