1 Product Enhancements

The following new features were added to the latest eCASE Audit release.

1.1 Sub-Taxonomy Column Width

In Risk section of the Project tab, the Sub-Taxonomy column width has been increased so that labels in the drop-down menu are easier to read.

1.2 Risk Statement Mapping

The requirement to fill out the Risk Statement Mapping field is now removed if the work topic’s risk profile is set to Not Applicable. This allows you to create projects that do not have risks associated.

1.3 Increased Procedure Import Limit

We’ve increased the number of Procedure templates that can be imported at one time from 10 to 20.

1.4 Link Between Procedures and Findings

A new two-way link between Procedures and Findings facilitates smoother navigation between pages.

On the Findings form, you can link the Procedure(s) you’d like to insert. Linked Findings will be listed on the Procedure tab. If a linked Finding or Procedure is deleted, the link will be removed.

1.5 Individual Findings Field Configuration Options

New configuration options are available for the Date Test, Grant Type, Comments Test, and Monetary and Non-Monetary Code fields. These fields can now be shown, disabled, or made required. See Configuration > Configuration, then scroll to the Field Configuration section on the Configuration tab to configure these fields.

1.6 Findings Drop-down Fields

We’ve added additional Findings drop-down fields to letter templates. The Final IA Report Template letter template now includes Additional Observation and Reportable Finding fields. We’ve also added a Reportable Finding field to the Finding Summary letter template.

2 Bug Fixes

The following bug fixes were applied in the latest version of eCASE Audit:

73569	Addressed a bug preventing users from deleting a Procedure Group from a Project Template.
73571	When users made changes to an open timesheet in TimeXpress, the entries were duplicated on the Project Cost tab. We’ve resolved this issue, and edits made in TimeXpress are now properly reflected in the Project.
77650	Addressed an error occurring when copy/pasting a Procedure URL as a hyperlink into a MS 365 document.
77789	Fixed an issue causing the Table of Contents page to appear blurry on Letter Templates created from attachments.
