Product Enhancements
1.1 Project Header Name Update
You can now customize the label that appears as the Project header for new projects as well as the project setup page. To change the label, navigate to Configuration > Terminology Configuration.
1.2 New Organization Page Updates
We’ve optimized field arrangement on the New Organization page and added configuration options. All fields are displayed in the UI by default, but Administrators can hide them via the Contacts Field Configuration tab in Configuration.
1.3 Procedure Report Sequence Number
Procedure Reports now include procedure sequence numbers.
1.4 LDAP Protocol
We’ve added LDAP protocol to eCASE in order to allow a customer to pull data from their active directory to eCASE.
1.5 Letter Template
Procedure and Finding/Recommendation fields now have additional field tags, enabling the attached letter templates to display only the appropriate fields for Procedure only, Finding only, Procedure with linked Finding/Recommendation, or Finding/Recommendation with linked Procedure.
1.6 New Project Fields: Created Date and Closed Date
We’ve added two new fields to the Project page: Created Date and Closed Date. These fields can be shown/hidden and relabeled via Configuration. By default, these fields are hidden.
1.7 Letter Template Optionality
We’ve added a new option for letter templates: the ability to only include a procedure in the template when it has at least one field (such as elements) with data. For example, if Procedure 1 has no data in any of its elements but Procedure 2 has data in the Scope element, the letter template will skip Procedure 1 and include the fields from Procedure 2 and the Scope element.
1.8 Add Procedure Pop-Up Text
We’ve updated the text on the pop-up that appears after importing procedures via the Procedure tab for clarity.
