Product Enhancements

1.1 User Interface Updates in Left Navigation

The left-navigation menu is now fully collapsible and expandable, giving you a cleaner and more organized workspace. Additionally, the application remembers your last menu state, whether expanded or collapsed, and automatically restores it across logins and session restarts. This enhancement ensures a personalized and consistent user experience.

1.2 Enhanced User Interface for Procedure Tab

Pop-up text editor windows in Procedure sections are now fully movable and resizable, giving you greater flexibility when working on projects. You can resize the editor by dragging its borders or corners to adjust the layout as needed. The toolbar includes convenient control buttons: Maximize (Full Screen), Minimize, and Close for quick actions.

When you hover over the top menu bar, the cursor changes to a move icon, indicating that the pop-up can be repositioned by clicking and dragging. This enhancement allows you to view other parts of the project without closing or saving the editor, improving multitasking and overall workflow efficiency.

1.3 Staff Permission for Enhanced Action Control

We’ve introduced Staff Permission, a new capability that gives you precise control over actions within the Staff tab. This enhancement ensures that you can manage staff-related operations independently while maintaining the integrity of folder-level permissions.

Under this update, Folder Permissions will continue to regulate overarching folder and configuration privileges, while Staff Permission will specifically authorize the actions required to add or remove individuals and groups within the Staff tab.

This enhancement provides greater flexibility and control over staff management actions while preserving folder-level security and consistency.
