Furlough Days Excluded from 462 Report Calculations

The 462 Report now excludes furlough days from its day calculations. Any day that falls within a furlough period recorded on the Furlough Configuration tab is no longer counted toward the number of days a case or process took, so the report now agrees with case due dates, which already account for furloughs.

As a result, a case that completed counseling on time once furlough days are excluded is now reported in the appropriate timely counseling line instead of being counted as counseled beyond 90 days.

In the report furlough days are now excluded from pre-complaint counseling timeliness, age of case values shown in the report details, processing days for formal complaints, processing days for informal and formal ADR, and deadlines that the report calculates by adding a set number of days to a start date. A furlough without an End Date counts as a single day, and overlapping furlough periods are counted only once.

To include furlough periods in the 462 Report calculations:

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Configuration > eComplaint Configuration.

2. Select the Furlough Configuration tab.

3. Confirm that each furlough period is listed in the Furlough Days section and click Add Furlough to add any missing period.

4. Click Save.

5. Navigate to Main Menu > EEO Reports > 462 Report.

6. Select the report parameters, and then click Generate Report.
