1.1 No Fear Act Report: Mixed Cases
Mixed cases are now included in calculations for the No Fear Act Report along with standard cases.
1.2 No Fear Act Report: Formal Complaints
We made a change to ow Formal Complaints are tracked in the No Fear Act Report. Formal Complaints are no longer counted after the Acknowledgement Letter is sent; they are now counted once at least one Issue has been accepted. The date is calculated based on the Accept/Dismissal Letter date.
