New Report Bundle
ER/LR users now have access to a brand new set of Reports, including:
Grievance Report: Details grievances filed against management, including the nature of the complaint, resolution actions, and final resolution
Unfair Labor Practice Report: Documents allegations of unfair labor practices by management or the union
Adverse Action Report: Tracks disciplinary actions taken against employees, including suspensions, demotions, or terminations/removals
Disciplinary Action Report: Details instances of employee misconduct, including investigations, corrective actions, and performance actions
Employee Progression Report: Consolidates an employee’s history via linked cases in the system
