Product Enhancement

When a user clicks the Edit button on an attachment for which they have view-only permissions, they will be taken to a viewing tool. PDF files open in PDFViewer and Microsoft files open in DocViewer.

Users who have editing permissions will be taken to an editing tool (PDFEditor or DocEditor) and users who do not have editing or viewing permissions will not be able to open the document. If the attachment is in an unsupported format, an alert message will appear.
