eMail (SMTP) Configuration

To configure an email connector, select Connectors under System Configuration, then select eMail (SMTP) and click Edit.

The eMail (SMTP) configuration screen appears as shown below. To enable an email connector, select the Enable/Disable checkbox.

The configuration fields here depend on the option you select under the Authentication Mode drop down. Anonymous is shown in the example above.

When Authentication Mode is set to Microsoft 365 Email and OAuth Credential is set to Client Secret Based, the Client Secret Expiry Date field is displayed. Entering a date in this field enables automated expiry warning emails to all admin-role users before the Client Secret expires.

Complete all required fields based on your selection. Once you've configured the required settings, click Save to save the configuration.
