Email Templates

TimeXpress includes a variety of built-in Email Templates for sending alerts to system users. Each of these templates can be customized for your organization’s specific needs. Access this configuration by clicking Email Templates from the Administration menu. The Email Templates screen is shown below:

Email Template

Use the Email Template dropdown to select from an existing system template to view and edit. All available templates are shown below:

Subject/Body

The Subject and Body fields have some editing capabilities. Edit the template as needed using the available editing tools. See the eCase User Manual for details on all the template editing tools.

View Options

You can select to view the message in Design mode (default), HTML, or a Preview of the message.

Attachments

Use the Attachment fields to add up to two attachments. Click Choose File to upload an attachment to include with this template. You can also click View to view an existing attachment or Delete to remove an attachment.

Save

Click Save to save any changes made to the selected Email Template.
