The Enterprise screen provides a means for users to enter their agency's information, which displays on invoices sent to the Requesters. Users have a choice of entering two separate addresses for correspondence and payments.
Steps to Enter Enterprise Organization Information
Click Administration > Organization Setup > Enterprise. The Enterprise screen displays with five tabs: Organization Information, Banner, Logo, Disclaimer, and System Notice. The Organization Information tab will be selected by default as shown below.

Enter information in the fields described below as needed:

Organization Name | The name of the agency. |
Contact Name | The name of the agency's representative (point of contact). |
Contact Email | The electronic mail address of the agency's representative. |
Phone Number | The telephone number for the agency. |
Fax | The telephone number for the agency's facsimile machine. |
Keep Remittance Address same as Correspondence Address Information | |
Keep Remittance Address same as Correspondence Address Information | Select this checkbox if the Remittance Address (where payments are sent) is the same as the Correspondence Address. The Address 1, Address 2, City, State, and ZIP Code fields will be automatically populated once saved. The United States automatically populates as the default Country. |

Address 1 | The street location of the agency. |
Address 2 | The subsequent location of the agency, such as Suite, Building, Province, etc. |
City | The city where the agency is located. |
Country | The country where the agency is located. The United States automatically populates as the default Country. |
Province/State | The province/state where the agency is located. |
Postal/Zip Code | The five or nine-digit postal code where the agency is located. |
Click Save. A verification message displays.
Click OK. A confirmation message displays.
Click OK.
Steps to Enter Enterprise Banner
Click the Banner tab to upload or replace the banner for the Home Page. The Banner tab displays as shown below.

To add a Banner, click Add Banner, then select an image file to use as the Banner.
To change the height and width of the Banner, enter a number of pixels for the Height and Width in the space provided.
Optionally, you can add a Header to the Banner using the fields provided under Header Line 1 and Header Line 2. These fields also provide formatting options and will display on the Banner in numerical order.
To preview the Banner, click Preview.
Click Save. A verification message displays.
Click OK.
Steps to Enter Enterprise Logo
Click the Logo tab to change the logo. The Logo tab displays as shown below.

Click Clear Logo to remove the agency's logo.
Click Add Logo to upload or replace the agency's logo.
Next to the Show Logo in Login Page field, select either Yes or No.
Click Save. A confirmation message displays .
Click OK.
Steps to Enter Enterprise Disclaimer
Click the Disclaimer tab to change the disclaimer text. The Disclaimer tab displays as shown below.

Enter a Disclaimer in the Disclaimer Text field.
Edit the text formatting using the standard formatting options above the text field.
If form-based authentication is used, specify the location of the Disclaimer Text in relation to the Login Window by selecting either Above or Below.
NOTE: If Windows-based authentication is used, the Disclaimer Text appears in a new window.
Click Save. A confirmation message displays.
Click OK.
Steps to Enter Enterprise System Notice
The System Notice will appear on the home screen of the application as a notice to all users. This field provides general formatting options and the ability to set the date the message should expire. When the message expires it would automatically be removed from the home screen view
Click the System Notice tab to change the System Notice text. The System Notice tab displays as shown below:

Select a date after which the notice will expire in the Display Through field using the Calendar icon
Input the notice text in the text field and edit using the available tools as needed. When the system notice is properly configured, click Save to save the system notice. The message below appears beneath the text field after the notice is successfully saved:

After the System Notice is configured, the message displays to all users after logging into to the application. A sample notice is shown in the screen below:
