The Expressions menu allows you to configure the appearance, visibility, bookmarking rules, and tags applied to items in the Report Designer. Items are selected by clicking the item or via the dropdown list at the top of the menu, highlighted below.
Notes: The fields in the Expressions menu are dependent upon the item selected.
The Expressions menu shares some fields with dropdown sections in the Properties menu.
The dropdown menu is populated with the items that are currently present in the report designer. Selecting an item will edit the expression for that particular item.
The Appearance and Layout options will change depending on what item is selected.
In addition, the actual expression options are dependent on the item selected (i.e. the Line item only has Visible and Tag as expression fields)
