1.1 Request For Documents Task Assignment Workflow Updates

We have updated the functionality behind Request for Documents task assignment to prevent Collaboration Portal tasks from getting lost in certain scenarios when users are added, changed, or removed. The following updates have been made:

1. Request for Documents task assignments are established for the Program Office (PO) so Collaboration Portal users can see all tasks assigned for the PO

2. Once a user is removed from a PO, they can no longer access tasks associated with that PO

3. If a user is removed from one PO and added to another, they can only access tasks associated with their new PO. They cannot access tasks from the previous PO

4. If a new user is added to a PO, they can access all existing tasks associated with that PO

5. A prompt appears when users associated with a Program Office (PO) are inactivated

1.2 Label Change: Correspondence Letter Insert Field

ID# 101142

The label on the “# Total Pages” Correspondence Letter Insert field has been changed to “# of Total Pages Released” for clarity. The query for generating the count has also been updated to correctly counts the number of pages released in document delivery for the associated request.

NOTE: Documents must be delivered before using the insert field in a Correspondence Letter to generate the correct count.
