1 Product Enhancements
1.1 Manage & Edit Consultation Package Details
With this enhancement in the Consultation workflow, when you create a new Consultation, you can send the Consultation Package to individual Consultation Locations, and configure the Consultation Type, Review Due Date, Consultation Mode, and inclusion of Comment Box or Sticky Note for each location.
Also, while creating page-level consultation, the Request ID will be displayed.
Additionally, you can add pages to existing Consultations that have not been sent yet, i.e., the Status is either Prepared, Updated, or Withdrawn.
Furthermore, now you can edit the Consultation Details of a Consultation that has not yet been sent, i.e., the Status is either Prepared, Updated, or Withdrawn.
1.2 Revised Consultation Package Selection Process
We provided the option to edit your selection of pages of a batch to be included in the Consultation Package while editing a Consultation before it is sent or once it has been withdrawn.
Additionally, when you Preview the pages being sent for Consultation, the Review Objects marked on the page will be visible.
1.3 Enhanced Consultation UI/UX
We have implemented several UI/UX improvements. These updates enhance the overall user experience, making the interface more intuitive and user-friendly. We have also provided the Save to Disk option in the consultation preview screen, allowing you to easily download the Consultation Package you are previewing.
1.4 Improved batch selection of pages in Consultation
We have added the option to view and select pages of a batch to be included in a Consultation Package.
1.5 Use Office 365 (Graph API) for Sending Emails
We have added the option to configure Office 365 (Microsoft Graph API) along with the existing SMTP method under Mail Server Configuration in FOIAXpress, enabling more secure and reliable email delivery through OAuth-based authentication.
