SAML SSO Fix for v11.7.2

We're working to simplify our SAML SSO configuration processes, and introduced a number of SAML enhancements for v11.7.0. However, this upgrade also caused issues which prevented SAML SSO from functioning correctly for some customers. We've addressed this bug for v11.7.2, and SSO (single sign-on) now works as expected.
