1.3 Field-Level Audit Logging

#ID 1368264

This feature adds two new settings in Audit Configuration. Field-Level Audit Tracking enables detailed change history tracking with old and new values in audit reports, disabled by default. Retention Policy Days allows administrators to define a retention period, after which older audit data is permanently removed.

1.4 Group Queue Assignments

#ID 1396473

The Group Queue Assignments section on the dashboard now includes and displays statistics for both primary and secondary group assignments.

1.5 Naming Convention Between File Numbers for Consultation Type

#ID 1350316

This update improves consultation package creation by automatically handling duplicate consultation names, duplicate folders, and file naming for consultation‑type requests, reducing manual cleanup and ensuring consistent package generation.

This update improves how consultation packages are generated and organized for external sharing. The File Cabinet Drawer name is no longer included in the consultation package, reducing unnecessary folder hierarchy and ensuring that folder names shared with external users are clear and appropriate.

Moreover, to better support consistent naming conventions when consulting with the same departments or third‑party entities across multiple files, the system continues to require unique consultation names but now automatically appends the consultation name when duplicates are detected. This allows consultations to be grouped more easily by naming pattern while eliminating manual renaming and simplifying package structure for recipients.
