Faster Custom Request Report Generation with Direct Excel/CSV Export

FOIAXpress now generates Custom Request Reports in Excel or CSV format more quickly, particularly for reports that contain large amounts of data. Previously, the application built the report as an HTML file and then converted the file to Excel or CSV, and this conversion step slowed report generation when a report included a large number of records or selected fields.

1577690 | Resolved an issue where Administrative Cost was still applied to an invoice even when a fee item's Charged Amount was set to zero, for fee items configured with Administrative Cost = Incurred Cost. The Administrative Cost now correctly becomes zero as well, so the invoice total matches the cost sheet. |
