The Holiday section in Setup allows you to manage the list of days that eCASE recognizes as holidays. Holidays will be omitted when calculating due dates if the system has been configured to calculate target dates based on business days (as opposed to calendar days).

Navigate to Settings > Setup > Holidays, to view all the Holidays previously created.

Creating a New Holiday

Navigate to Settings > Setup > Holidays > New.

  • Holiday Date - Select the Month/Day/Year that you wish to use as your Holiday.

  • Holiday Description - The name of the Holiday you are creating.

Editing a Holiday

Navigate to Settings > Setup > Holidays > [Select Holiday] > Edit.

You will be able to edit the Holiday Date and the Holiday Description. Once you are done editing the Holiday, click Save.
