Follow the steps below to log hours for the current period.
Access TimeXpress and click Edit/View My Timesheet from the Main Menu.
The Timesheet appears as shown below. Each line in the table contains fields for capturing hours worked in this timesheet period. The timesheet is color-coded to highlight weekends and holidays:

To log hours for a day, enter the number of hours worked on each task in that day’s column. The Total for each day is automatically calculated.
To add Tasks not currently on the timesheet, click the + Add icon next to the Total field:

A new line appears on the timesheet. Click Select to select the Task and Subtask.

A pop up appears with ability to select the Task and Subtask. First, select the Task using the search button.

A modal appears that may take a minute to load but will provide a search bar, paginated tasks and a filter. Search and select the radio button for Task and click the OK button.

After selecting a Task, the Subtask dropdown (lower dropdown) populates with all Subtasks associated with the selected Task.

Once a Task and Subtask is selected, click Select. The selected Task-Subtask combination is added to the Timesheet.
At any time while logging hours, click Save to save any changes. You can save progress and return to the timesheet later.
When ready to submit, follow the steps outlined in the Submit a Timesheet section.
