In Document Management, you can redact pages and change their appearance using the redaction toolbar. The Rotation tools on the reaction toolbar give you options to rotate pages on an axis or center, and these tools can be used in conjunction with the Deskew tools that are also on the redaction toolbar. Use the Save Page function to retain page adjustments.
