Follow the steps below to run a Job Specific Labor Category Report:

  1. From TimeXpress Administration, select the Labor Category Report.

  2. At the Select Labor Report screen, select Job Specific Labor Category Report then click Next. The Labor Distribution Report screen appears as shown below:

  1. Select options to configure the report. These are described in the following table:

Option

Description

Contracts

Select Contracts to include in the report by moving them into the Selected Tasks field.

Tasks

Select Tasks to include in the report by moving them into the Selected Tasks field.

SubTasks

Select SubTasks to include in the report by moving them into the Selected Subtasks field.

  1. When all options are configured, click Generate Report to view the report output.

  2. On the Job Specific Labor Category Report screen, click Print Report to print the report output or Export to download it in one of the available file formats.
