Below is an example of the typical life cycle of a Request from the time it is received until the final action is taken.

The ATIPXpress application allows users to track and process a Request through the entire life cycle:
When a request is received, the Requester's information is captured as shown in the Create Requester screen below:

The ATIP Request is then logged using the Create Request screen:

Each Request is assigned to a user, and can be assigned and re-assigned on the Assign Request screen:

If required for tracking purposes, a Request status can be set as "Perfected" on the Perfect Request screen:

Documents can then be requested using the Request for Documents screen:

Documents related to the Request can also be reviewed, indexed, redacted and more through the Document Management interface:

When a Request-related document is finalized, it can then be added to the Request using Add Documents to Review Log screen:

In order to finalize the Request, necessary actions can be taken on the Final Actions screen:

Cost estimates for fulfilling the Request can be calculated using the Cost Estimation screen:

Invoices are created using the Billing screen:

Payments for Requests are disbursed using the Payments screen:

Once all Request materials are finalized, they are submitted to the Requester using Document Delivery:

When the Request is ready to close, this is completed using the Close Request screen:
