Modify Notes

Users can modify notes that have been added to Folders or Sections within Folders in the Document Review Log.

Steps to Modify Review Log Notes

  1. Click Document Management > Search Folders

  2. Enter search criteria as needed to locate the Folder you want to modify notes for

  3. Click Search

  4. From the search results, select the checkbox next to the Folder you want to modify notes for

  5. Click Open Folders. The Document Management screen displays as shown below

  6. Right-click the Folder you want to add notes to. A menu displays as shown below.

  7. Click Document Review Log. The Document Review Log displays as shown below.

  8. From the drop-down menu, select the Folder/Section where you want to modify notes

    Note: To change the Document Review Status, click the drop-down menu, select a Document Review Status, then click Modify.

  9. Select the note you want to modify.

  10. Click Modify.

  11. Modify the Notes as needed.

  12. Click Save. A confirmation message displays as shown below.

  13. Click OK.

  14. Click Close.

Note: After clicking on the Folder, you will be prompted to load a review layer. Load a review layer as explained in steps 6-9 in Load Review Layer. After loading a review layer, repeat step 6 as described above.
