The New User Notifications configuration screen allows Administrators to configure email notifications for new users. These email notifications are automatically sent when a new user account is created.
Steps to Configure New User Notifications
Click Administration > System Configuration > New User Notifications. The New User Notifications screen displays as shown below.

Enter User Information for the fields described below per your agency's requirements.

Change Login Template | Allows the user to change the login template when creating New User Information. Options include Password Invitation and User Invitation. |
Display Auto Send Email Notification(s) While Creating New User | |
Display Auto Send Email Notification(s) While Creating New User | When this checkbox is selected, Auto Send Email Notification(s) displays when creating a new user. Additionally, the Cc Email, Bcc Email, User Template 1, and User Template 2 fields will be enabled. |
Cc Email | The electronic address of a user that receives a copy of the user information correspondence. |
Bcc Email | The electronic address of a user that is not revealed to the sender or other recipients but receives a copy of the user information correspondence. |
User Template 1 | The standard layout for the email message. The following templates are available: Password Invitation: This template notifies a new user of their temporary password with instructions to change the password. This template must be used in conjunction with the User Invitation template. User Invitation: This template notifies a new user of their user account and instructions to access the application. This template must be used in conjunction with the Password Invitation template. |
User Template 2 | The alternate layout for the email message. |
Click Save. A verification message appears.
Click OK to accept the settings and close the message window. The screen will change to display a confirmation message.
Click OK.
