Procedure Designer Interface

When you open the Procedure Designer, the UI appears as shown in the following example:

The Procedure Designer has four main areas:

1.      Toolbar: Perform operations, such as saving the current procedure

2.      Control Panel: Access to Blocks, Variables, Parameters/Returns, Custom Data Types, and Error Logs

3.      Canvas: A workspace to build the procedure

4.      Property Window: Configure control blocks properties

Each of these is described in detail in the Procedure Designer UI and Tools section of this chapter.
