These are the setting options for a process model element.

The Properties screen for a Process element is shown below, and includes a General Attributes tab and a Routing Conditions tab.

The General Attributes for a Process Model Element are shown below:

Enter a name for the Process

Role

Since this is an automated task the AutoAgent will fulfill the role. This field is disabled for changes

Index

The Index determines the order of activities in the Assignments tab for each folder

Automatic Execution

Select a procedure from the Select Procedure drop down menu

For procedures to qualify they must have only one parameter of type Int or Long. The FolderID is the input for the parameter. Also, there cannot be any return values.

Process Settings Routing Condition

The Process Model Elements uses Routing Conditions to determine the element’s operation. Follow the steps below to determine Routing Conditions.

The sample screen below shows the two properties required to create a Routing Condition:

Initiate When

Choose the conditions required to initiate the activity

  • All incoming activities are completed

  • The number of completed incoming activities is equal to a given number out of the total number of incoming activities

When Completed

Select how the workflow will respond when this activity is completed

  • Invoke all outgoing activities (this is the only option for process elements – this field is disabled for changes)
