These are the setting options for a process model element.
The Properties screen for a Process element is shown below, and includes a General Attributes tab and a Routing Conditions tab.
Process Settings General Attributes
The General Attributes for a Process Model Element are shown below:

These fields are described in the following table:
Field | Description |

Attributes | The General Attributes, including Name, Role and Index |
Name | Enter a name for the Process |
Role | Since this is an automated task the AutoAgent will fulfill the role. This field is disabled for changes |
Index | The Index determines the order of activities in the Assignments tab for each folder |
Automatic Execution | Select a procedure from the Select Procedure drop down menu For procedures to qualify they must have only one parameter of type Int or Long. The FolderID is the input for the parameter. Also, there cannot be any return values. |
Process Settings Routing Condition
The Process Model Elements uses Routing Conditions to determine the element’s operation. Follow the steps below to determine Routing Conditions.
The sample screen below shows the two properties required to create a Routing Condition:
