Users can view the Properties of a Folder, Section, or Page in Document Management.
NOTE: Users can also edit Properties for Folders and Sections.
Steps to View Properties
Click Document Management > Search Folders.
Enter search criteria as necessary to locate the Folder you want to view Properties for, or the Folder containing the Sections or Pages you want to view Properties for.
Click Search.
From the search results, select the checkbox next to the Folder you want to view Properties for, or the Folder containing the Sections or Pages you want to view Properties for.
Click Open Folders. The Document Management screen displays.
Expand the Folder and any Sections or Pages you want to view Properties for.
Right click a Folder/Section/Page, and then click Modify Folder/Section Details. The Modify Folder/Section Details window displays as shown below based on which level was right-clicked.
Folder Properties:
NOTE: To edit Folder Properties, edit fields as necessary, then click Update. A confirmation message displays. Click OK.
Section Properties:

NOTE: To edit Section Properties, edit fields as necessary, then click Update. A confirmation message will be displayed. Click OK.
Page Properties:

8. Click the OCR Text tab to view the text that was imported via an OCR device, as shown below.
NOTE: Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is a process that converts the text and images within a scanned document image to editable text and images, so that they can be electronically searched. OCR is available as an Add-On feature with the FOIAXpress application. When OCR text has been imported into the Properties window, documents can be searched for any word or phrase. The OCR tab is available only if processing was completed successfully. Click Retry OCR to resubmit the document for OCR processing if the OCR Status indicated it failed.
