Redact in Full is a function that can be applied to a single Page or all Pages contained in a Folder.
Steps to Redact in Full
Click Document Management > Search Folders. The following screen displays:
Enter search criteria as needed to locate the Folder containing the Page(s) you want to redact in full.
Click Search.
From the search results, select the checkbox next to the Folder containing the Page(s) you want to redact in full.
Click Open Folders. The Document Management screen displays as shown below.

Expand the Folder and any Sections to display the Page(s) you want to redact in full, as shown below

Select the checkbox next to each Page or Section you want to redact in full.
Right-click the Folder containing the Pages or Section you want to redact in full. A menu displays as shown below.

Click Redact in Full. The Redact In Full window displays as shown below.

Select a Page Range.
NOTE: Selection will be selected by default, indicating that the Page(s) you selected are marked for full redaction. Alternatively, select All Pages to fully redact all Pages, or select Pages List to specify Pages or Page ranges to redact in full.
Under Redact, click the button. The Select Redaction Codes window displays as shown below.

Select the checkbox next to each Redaction Code you want to apply.
Click Select. The selected code displays in the Redact field on the Redact In Full window.
Click OK. The Review Layer Options window displays as shown below.

Under Review Layer Options:
Select Modify existing review layer to add the full redaction to an existing Review Layer, or
Select Create new review layer to create a new Review Layer or select an existing one that has not yet been applied.
NOTE: If you select Create new review layer, enter a name for the new Review Layer in the space provided, or click Select from List to select an existing Review Layer
Click OK. After the selected Page(s) have been fully redacted, the Job Progress window displays as shown below.

Click Close Window. The icon displays next to the fully redacted Page(s), as shown below.

NOTE: If you have configured default Redaction Codes in your Document Preferences, they will be selected by default. If you select the (b)(3) Redaction Code, you must select one or more applicable Statute Code(s), which can be configured in Document Preferences. You can use the Code or Description fields to search for specific codes/descriptions listed in the window. To apply the Redaction Codes to all Pages in the Folder, select Make selections as default for the current session.
