The Requester/Request Sync Failures page displays requester or request records that failed to sync successfully. If you have an admin role, you can review failure details such as Status, Error information, Attempt count, and Last Attempt Date and you can retry failed syncs, use search and filters, and export the data for analysis.

Requester
In Request Management, select Requester/Request Sync Failures
Review the list of failed requester sync records

The grid includes the following columns:
Action (Resync icon)
Requester ID
Last Name
First Name
Email
Status
Sync Error
Attempts
Last Attempt
To resync one or more requester records:
Select one or more failed records
Select the Actions menu, and then select Resync

From the dropdown, select Resync
When resync starts, review the confirmation message displayed by the system
If the resync is successful, verify that the record is removed from the list
If the resync fails, review the updated error message, attempt count, and last attempt date

Use Search, Filter, or Sort options to locate specific records
To download the data, click Export, and save the file with the generated filename

Select Request, you can view the list of Request records that failed to sync
Use Action, Filter, Refresh, Search, or Sort options to locate specific records
