The Retention Management Report displays information about retention expiration dates for Requests.
Steps to Generate a Retention Management Report
Click Reports > Request Management Reports > Retention Management. The Retention Management screen displays as shown below.

Enter information in the following fields as necessary:

Report Header Display Options | |
Display on 1st Page | Only display the report header on the first page of the report. |
Display on all pages | Display the report header on all pages of the report. |
Do not display on any pages | Do not display the report header on any pages of the report. |
Filter By | |
Request Type | Request Type(s) to include in the report. All will be selected by default. |
Action Office | Action Office(s), as selected from the drop-down menu. All will be selected by default. |
Retention Date Expired between | Two dates to specify the date range within which the Retention Date has expired. Optionally, select the Current Day drop-down menu, then select an option from the menu. |
Requests Closed between | Two dates to specify the date range within which the Requests were closed. Optionally, select the Current Day drop-down menu, then select an option from the menu. |
Retention Status | Retention Status to include in the report. All will be selected by default. |
Retention Expiration Date | When the retention will expire, as selected using an Operator and entering a Number of days |
Click Generate. The Retention Management Report displays as shown below.
