Within a Request, the screen below appears on selecting the Add/Search/View Documents option:

There are two primary fields on this screen, Review Log Documents and Request Folder Documents. These are described below:
Field | Description |

Review Log Documents | Documents added to the Review Log but pending final action will be listed under the Review Log Documents. Documents under the Review Log can be edited or modified as needed. |
Request Folder Documents | Documents to be included in the deliverable package to the Requester are maintained under Request Folder Documents, and reviewed documents will be listed here. Documents added to the Request Folder cannot be modified. |
View Review Log Documents
Documents that have been added to a Request's Review Log are available to view via a link from the Review Log to Document Management. As the documents are retained in Document Management, you can perform all functions available in Document Management using this link.
Follow the steps below to view the Review Log documents:
Open the Request for which you want to view Review Log documents.
Click Add/Search/View Documents. The following screen displays:

Under Review Log Documents, select the document(s) you want to view.
Click Open Documents. The selected document(s) will open in the Review Log as shown below.

Expand one or more folders containing the documents you want to view
Click any of the documents to view them.
NOTE: Folders with a Native Format - Redaction Disabled document format cannot be viewed in Document Management. Users will be presented with an option to download the document to their local or network drive.
View Request Folder Documents
Documents that have been added to a Request can be viewed in Document Management via a link from the Request Folder. Unlike Review Log documents, users cannot modify Request Folder documents.
NOTE: If you have the request privilege "Special Access" for request types but you are not the assigned user for a Request, you can view the entire Request Folder, however you will not be able to perform any actions on a Request.
Follow the steps below to view Request Folder documents:
Open the Request for which you want to view Request Folder Documents.
Click Add/Search/View Documents. The screen below displays:

Under Request Folder Documents, select the document(s) you want to view.
Click Open Documents. The selected document(s) will open in the Request Folder as shown below.

To delete a Request Folder document, navigate to the screen shown above, right click the top level folder, click Remove from Request Folder, and then click OK when the confirmation message appears.
You can view the documents that have been added to a Request Folder only if you have been assigned that specific Request.
Folders with a Native Format - Redaction Disabled document format cannot be viewed in Document Management. Users will be presented with an option to download the document to their local or network drive.
If you need to organize your folders, you can move Sections around within their respective folders from within the DM module. Right click the Section you'd like to move, and you will see options in the context menu for moving the selection Up or Down in the listed order.
Print Request Folder Documents
If you want to share documents within Request Folders via a printed copy, you can print one or more copies from your computer within Document Management. Your printer determines the available print options. Also, within your computer system, you can set a printer as the default printer and customize printer settings. These steps can be used for printing individual documents, one or more documents within a Section, or one or more documents within a Folder.
